AI Visibility Monitoring for Your Business
AI visibility monitoring repeats a business scan so you can inspect whether answers, named competitors and cited sources change. VisiScan Monitor schedules weekly scans at full-report depth. Use the history as a prompt to inspect evidence before attributing any movement to your work.
What Monitor includes
The current offer is $29 per month or $290 per year. Scheduled scans use the full-report scope: 12 questions, up to 4 engines and3 samples per question and engine, for up to 144 planned answers per run. Provider failures can reduce completed coverage. Billing and cancellation are managed through the account billing portal.
A weekly review that leads to a decision
Review the completed scan and provider coverage. Inspect the answer behind a changed mention or citation. Check that the question, business, location and engine surface match the previous run. Keep an action log with the source URL, proposed change, owner, completion date and follow-up observation.
Worked example: a change is a review trigger
Illustrative example: last week an engine named your business in two of three answers; this week it named it once. That is a change of one answer, not proof of a lasting decline. Read both sets of answers, check coverage, and repeat the same panel before escalating. If the engine was unavailable this week, record missing data rather than a lost recommendation.
What monitoring cannot establish
API responses are not identical to every consumer app session. A score trend alone cannot establish why an answer changed or whether a website edit caused it. Existing scan history should be compared with the underlying questions and actual coverage; do not assume every historical pair is experimentally comparable.
Google AI Overviews are a separate surface
A Gemini API answer is not a Google AI Overview. VisiScan’s four-engine scan does not provide a dedicated Google AI Overview rank tracker. Use the linked tracking guide for a separate query-and-citation log, and use Search Console to assess overall Search traffic.
Questions before you start
- Does a weekly scan guarantee all 144 answers?
- No. 144 is the planned full-depth maximum. Availability, provider errors and incomplete runs affect the actual result; inspect the completed coverage.
- Will an alert prove a fix worked?
- No. Compare the underlying answers and configuration. Model changes, retrieval changes and ordinary variation can coincide with your edit.
